Marketing Strategist:
Desire to mobilize people into missions. Ability to develop social media strategy and set
goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement. Knowledge in managing social media channels, specifically Facebook, Instagram and Google Adwords. Skilled writer for engaging posts and articles. Have an eye for what engaging multimedia content (such as videos, Instagram posts,etc.) should look like. Aptitude in learning how to manage social media channels, especially Facebook.
Our Dance Department is currently looking for experienced dancers to join our team. If you are a dancer wanting to use your gift of dance as a tool in ministry and if you love discipleship and have a heart to see dance restored we would love to hear from you! Dance Department missionary members will have the opportunity to serve and travel with our dance touring company, partner in local ministry, help with our Summer of Dance program, and run the DTS Dance Elective on base. We are looking for dancers with vision to expand the Dance Department at YWAM Montana, we believe God is doing new things through dance and we would love to have you join us for what He is doing. Facilities and Maintenance team is always looking for skilled, professional and willing-servants to help us with our in-house construction and maintenance, as well as opportunities to work with other YWAM ministries around the world. The hospitality department is looking for someone that preferably has some experience in hospitality (though not necessary), has a heart for serving others, is detailed-minded, and a planner. You will have the opportunity to serve our missionary members, guests, and people from all around the World through preparing rooms for guests, baking, creating cards, discipleship and much, much more. Our Housekeeping Team is in need of willing and able servants to help keep our YWAM Montana community a clean and well-run environment for training and sending to the nations. We’re looking for people to serve in the kitchen to prepare and serve meals in our cafeteria here on campus. Hungry students aren’t able to concentrate on discipleship, biblical studies, dance, sports, etc. Happily fed students are able to learn about God’s love, so they can tell others and move our mission forward. Our Landscaping and Grounds team is looking for anyone with a green thumb and a willingness to serve! With 40 acres of property, we have a lot to look after – keeping it green in the summer, and clear of snow in the winter! All YWAM members worldwide are required to have successfully completed a Discipleship Training School (DTS); All of our full-time missionary member positions require a two year commitment. To join YWAM full-time anywhere in the world, you need to have your own financial backing. All of our missionary members raise support and depend on God’s provision and the generosity of their supporters to cover their expenses; If you are an international interested in a position with YWAM Montana, you need to have been a part of the YWAM organization for a cumulative two years prior to serving in Montana.
