A Holistic Approach to Outdoor Leadership

From the beginning of the establishment of YWAM in Lakeside (and around the world), we have seen the Lord highlight and use the outdoors as a powerful venue for growth, development, and connection in our shared mission to Know God and Make Him known.

The ALP Seminars are the latest chapter in this legacy, an opportunity for those who want to push further in their growth as Leaders- not only in the technical arenas of Rock Climbing and Mountaineering, but also leadership development in the realms of ministry and life.

Through the ALP seminars you will be equipped with technical skills that will take you further up and further into the mountains, as we dig into a holistic approach to Leadership together- cross-training for life as we climb and grow together."
